Well having now owned both its amazing to see such a difference in the cars.  Now granted my Mazda was a 2002 and the Mitsu is a 1995 so sure there is a time difference but wow still what a difference.  The more and more I work on the Mitsu the more I find out I didn’t know about these things.  Its going to be an interesting journey with this thing but in the end its going to be mind blowing what this car can do.

Seems to me these days there are two different trains of thought when it comes to building up your car.  You are either going to go conservative or aggressive.  The conservative approach follows the “clean” route of thinking and plays it safe in every aspect of their car.  Most in this route want their car to mimic another car they see already or take an aspect of a car and copy it.  My personal opinion of this it is ok to do this but don’t pretend your being original either.  When you take your car to a show its “supposed” to be orginality.  For the people that take their time with this don’t get me wrong some of your rides are some of the nicest to look at.  Everything flows like it should and matches.  Now the aggressive side of things will go all out to change up their car.  Sometimes that is their greatest downfall too.  These type of “modders” will change the body, paint, engine, interior, stereo, and anything else they can think to change.  This can often lead to major mistakes that will take away from you car more than attract.  However, when done right some of the most amazing original rides come from this camp.  If you can be patient and do your research on what your doing this can produce some of the most jaw dropping rides you will ever see.  So both camps go about things very different but in the end neither is the wrong way of doing things.  The common themes to remember though is to be patient and do your research.  If you are able to do this then you can produce one hell of a car no matter which way you go.
